User identifier and profile data — User identification, providing access to the Service. Legal basis: Contract performance (Offer). Term: During the period of Service use.

Uploaded materials (including images, text queries) — Provision of visualization generation services. Legal basis: Contract performance. Term: Until deleted by user.

Generation results and operation metadata — Providing results, operation history. Legal basis: Contract performance. Term: Until deleted by user.

Payment data-metadata — Payment accounting, refunds. Legal basis: Contract performance, RF legislation requirements. Term: In accordance with legislation.

Support requests — Request processing. Legal basis: Contract performance. Term: During request processing.

Technical logs — Security, diagnostics. Legal basis: Legitimate interest. Term: Up to 180 days.

3. Data the Operator Does Not Process

3.1. The Operator does not process full bank card details of users.

3.2. Payments are processed through the ЮKassa payment service in accordance with its rules.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

4.1. For the Service operation, data may be transferred to parties involved in providing the service, including: payment infrastructure, hosting/infrastructure, data stores, development and technical support contractors.

4.2. Transfer is made to the extent necessary to achieve processing purposes.

5. Data Subject Rights

5.1. The User has the right to: receive information about personal data processing; request correction, blocking or deletion of data; withdraw consent to processing; appeal the Operator's actions to authorized bodies or in court.

5.2. To exercise rights, the User shall send a request to support@rhizalab.ru with the subject line "Personal Data".

6. Personal Data Protection Measures

6.1. The Operator applies necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.

6.2. Access to personal data is provided only to authorized persons to the extent necessary to perform their duties.

7.1. Technically necessary cookies may be used when using the site.

7.2. If analytical or marketing cookies are used, information about such tools and their management is published by the Operator on the site.

8. Policy Changes

8.1. The Operator may make changes to this Policy.
